Clipen is licensed to you for personal and commercial use on Macs you own or control. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable if these terms are broken.

// What you may not do

// Your content

Clipen stores clipboard history locally on your Mac. You own everything you copy. The developer never receives, stores or accesses your clipboard content. You are responsible for what you copy and where you paste it.

// Updates

New versions are published on GitHub. Updates may add, change or remove features. Continuing to use Clipen after an update means you accept the current terms.

Clipen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

// Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any data loss, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from using Clipen. Keep your own backups of anything important.

// Termination

You may stop using Clipen at any time by deleting it. The license ends automatically if you breach these terms.

// Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
