Clipen is a local-only utility. Nothing leaves your Mac — ever.
Clipen only reaches the internet to check GitHub Releases for new versions. The request contains no personal data — just "what's the latest version number?"
Clipen requests Accessibility permission so it can detect ⌘ + X and ⌘ + V globally. That's the only thing it's used for. Clipen does not log keystrokes, monitor other apps, or send anything externally.
This website is hosted on Lovable / Cloudflare and may keep standard anonymous request logs, as is normal for any website. The Clipen app itself uses no third-party services.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
